Load Cells - Load Cell Collection Boxes
Load cell junction boxes combine signals from load cells when more than one load cell is used for weighing applications. They eliminate corner misalignment by equalising weight values from all corners of weighing platforms. Facilitates cable management by enabling the organised connection of multiple load cells.
The measurements made by the load cells are realised by means of electrical signals passing through strain gauges with different resistances according to the weight. These electrical signals need to be transmitted to the weighing indicators and converted into weight data that can be read by users. Load cell collection boxes eliminate the need to pull cables from each output and return to the main service panel, as they enable the electrical signals to be brought together. They should be used to prevent safety problems such as fire and to make reliable measurements.
