Over Load Control
Overloading systems and vehicles that carry loads more than their capacity brings great dangers. These systems and vehicles must be inspected with overload control practices in order to both eliminate the risk of accident and not violate the law.
Overload control can be integrated into many different weighing applications. In this way, every situation where cargo is transported, including road vehicles, can be kept under control with systems such as elevators, scaffolding and cranes.
The overload control system consists of several different parts. One or more load cells are mounted on the system and vehicle whose weight will be monitored. To make safe and accurate measurements of load cells, suitable mounting kits are utilized for the area they will be used , ın this way and possible accidents and adverse environmental factors are prevented. In cases where more than one load cell is used, the signals from the load cells are equalized with the help of a junction box and transmitted to the weighing indicator.
Weighing indicators will convert the electrical signals transmitted to them into weight values and show them on the screen and control the transmitted value for overload control. Over (upper), under (lower) and arrow (ok) warnings that will appear on the screen of the weighing indicator or the external indicator to which it is connected will show whether the weight of the weighed load is above or below the specified value. Thanks to the automation systems, in case of overload, the relevant machine can be stopped automatically or another machine can be activated.
Thanks to the advantage of connecting weighing indicators to many different devices, overload control can be made from the simplest scales to the most complex load carrying systems. Our products, which we produce in different capacities with the demands of our customers needs, are resistant to temporary doubled overloads that are depending on the model.
