Weighing Terminal

• The weighing terminal that we use in TS5 Weighbridges has OIML R76 and 2014/31 / EU (NAWI) certificates.
• It allows more precise weighing due to its two-step weighing function.
• The 26mm high LCD display is easy to read with the backlight. It has a cycle accuracy of 1/30000 with a 24-bit sigma delta ADC.
• It is a robust and reliable weighing terminal that ensures stable weighing with anti-vibration filtering software.

Scale Platform

• TS5 Carcassa series truck scales are made of C50 quality steel by making pre-stressed steel reinforcement into steel chassis.
• It is a high strength weighing platform reinforced with concrete.
• It is the style of the system in bridges and viaducts that has been converted into a weighbridge.
• There is minimal infrastructure requirement as the scale comes with ramps.
• It is mounted on the floor, the mechanical installation is completed within 1 hour.
• It can be easily moved to another area at any time.

Scale Program

• WEILO scale program is truck scale software that enables easy management of weighing operations.
• With its powerful database, it has data sending and reporting functions in xml, excel, pdf, html, txt formats.
• Up to 3 copies can be printed from receipt dot matrix printers, which can be designed in the desired format.
• Provides remote monitoring with optional web-based database.
• Light management and license plate reading systems can be easily integrated.

Load Cells

• The load cells used in the TS5 model are OIML R60 C4 certified with a 30 ton capacity.
• With its stainless steel body and IP 68 protection, it is extremely resistant to adverse environmental conditions and corrosion.
• It prevents incorrect weighing by providing protection from lateral loads with standard mounting kits.
• Optionally, WEILO WTL model OIML R60 C5 certified digital load cell is also used.
