Dual Shear Beam Loadcell

Our double-beam load cells, with their unique design that sets them apart from other load cells, are commonly preferred in truck scales, on-board weighing applications, and tank and silo weighing applications. With our special mounting kits, our double-beam load cells can also be used in industrial weighing applications for different purposes.

Our double-beam load cells are produced in different capacities ranging from 1 ton to 40 tons. The load cells we produce are durable products with high precision and low error rates that can be used for years. To increase their resistance to wear, we harden our load cells made of alloy steel through heat treatment, clean them with sandblasting, and coat their entire surface homogeneously with nickel. Our laser-welded models can also perform their duties with the same precision for a long time even in heavy working conditions thanks to their high durability.

We offer many different solutions for weighing applications with special requirements. We provide stainless steel products and hermetic sealing to meet the special needs of sectors such as chemistry and food. We also have ball-type load cells to prevent errors that may occur when weighing large loads.

We produce cables specially for our load cells. In addition to our cables made of polyurethane, we have Ex-Proof cables made of flame-retardant silicone for hazardous environments that can operate at a temperature of 180°C and withstand temperatures up to 220°C for short periods. For conditions that will physically strain the cables, the outer layer of the cables is wrapped with steel mesh.
