WBI Wireless Weighing Indicator

WBI wireless indicator is an industrial wireless weighing indicator designed for outdoor use, specifically for axle scales, cranes, and dynamometers, with wireless communication up to 100 meters.

WBI can be connected to 16 different load cells and display all weight information separately and collectively on the graphic screen. It operates for a long time with a 7.4V 2500mA rechargeable lithium battery.

It can connect 8 load cells (350 Ohm) to the wireless transmitter module it works with.

The 192 x 64 dot matrix backlit LCD screen is easy to read both day and night.

It can store weighing results in 99 categories and has selectable measurement units of kg, t, lb, and kN. It has a built-in date and time integration.

It automatically shuts off after 30 minutes of inactivity to provide power protection.

It has the feature of summation, allowing you to view and add up axle weights separately.

The peak hold feature helps you in your pull and break tests. It can be connected to computers and printers with its RS232 output.

It provides convenience with the ability to individually seal and tare each scale when multiple scales are connected.

It has a built-in thermal printer and provides a 58mm wide receipt output.

It can print and show separately the weight information coming from separate modules and its total on the bottom row.

When connected to portable axle scale platforms, it prints out the load on each axle and each wheel separately.

It can be used to see weight distribution in land and air vehicle manufacturing designs.
