SCX Load Cell

The SCX Load Cell is a printing type load cell produced using high-quality stainless steel or special alloy steel.

Its S-type structure is different from other printing type load cells.

The alloy steel is annealed by heat treatment, cleaned by sandblasting, and then completely homogenized before being coated with nickel to be more resistant to corrosion.

The SCX load cell is generally produced with a capacity of 20 tons for use in vehicle scales, tanks, silos, and wagon scales.

It is tested in the same testing environment (OIML R60 standard) as the WTL Load Cell.The SCX Load Cell provides flawless operation under tough conditions with IP 68 class protection by protecting the electronic circuit completely using high-quality welding technologies.

Cable

As an additional option, it can be produced with armored or Ex-Proof silicone cable, except for 4x022mm cable.

Armored cables are more resistant to external factors while providing complete protection against rodent animals.

Silicone cables provide durability up to 178°C in Ex-Proof high-temperature working environments, and up to 200°C for a short time, while ensuring trouble-free use even above -55°C.The SCX Rubber Mounting Kit, specially made for the SCX Load Cell, provides accurate measurement in shaky environments and is not affected by factors caused by air exchange.
